Errors on Openfire Server and admin password not working

I’m hosed.

My office uses Spark for basic IMing and they are not able to access Spark today. They are getting an invalid username/password error. Everyone is getting it. I located my Openfire server and I am trying to get into the admin console BUT the username and password left by my predecessor do not work (of course). We use LDAP to connect AD and Openfire.

If I can get into the Admin Console can I resolve my DB issues?

How can I get into my Admin Console?

Is there another why to check my LDAP settings?

Can I just uninstall Openfire server and reinstall?

What are my options?
