I recently installed Openfire 3.6.4 for the company that I work and they want integration with LDAP. I have it working just fine so that I can login with any user on our LDAP system which is what I want. We have active users in groups based on their department already so that is very convient. However, we have a number of functional groups for other purposes.
My question is, how would I change things up so that I only show the groups that I want it to? I cannot change the path of the groups on the LDAP server itself very much as they are used by numerous other applications which have been tied into LDAP.
So for example my groups would list something like this:
Customer_Support - Want to show this group
Finance - Want to show this group
Remote Desktop Users - Do not want to show this group
