I have sucessfully doing the webchat with queues, but sometimes support is not infront of PC, and it is well know that there are many jabber/xmmp clients for android/ios.
Is it a way to make to work the webchat with a basic Xmmp/jabber client?

we are currently trying to get the queues workin on our openfire…but somehow it doesnt work.
Can u tell at what your openfire version is?
Another question: What will actually trigger the queue? We tried to enter a group chat which should trigger the queue…but nothin happens. Is there any hidden setting we didn’t find yet?
