im trying to understand and reproduce the message “agent never joined” that is showed on “Summary of Chat”, it occurs very few times to us, but the need identify when and why it happens.
can somebody help us ?

I have the same problem:
seems to happen for us during webchat after submitting the form with question, the user get stuck on the routing request screen.
There is no yellow box shown on the routing request screen for number in the que.
Log are described in the message above. To me it seems like it has something to do with using ldap and fastpath together
