I want to disable the abality for users to create rooms, but if I turn this feature on Fastpath/Websupport cant create a room either, is there a fix or work around for this?
I have added your request as a comment to this ticket JM-1385 . I wonder would this be possilbe to work around by specifying a room creation permissions to agents?
I know this is quite old, but yes user permissions to create rooms would be great.
