Fastpath canned response question

Hi i’ve got 2 questions maybe someone can help me with those.

Is it possible to create canned response with form variables?

i want to make a Hello response like: “Hello $username, You’re talking with $agent how can i help you?”

This leads me to the second question:

is it possible to make that the canned response “Hello” appears automatically whenever i start a session chat?

Also at finishing the chat is it possible to automatically send a “goodbye” response

You can set an initial response upon entering chat through the personal macros option.
