I have successfully setup FastPath. I have a workgroup setup, with a queue comprised of 5 people.
I have 20 registered users in my system… If I created a list of all of these users, would it be possible to create a direct link to chat with each of these people? For example, could I have a list like this:
John Doe 1
Jane Doe 1
John Doe 2
Jane Doe 2
Clicking on each name would give you a pop-up that lets you talk with that specific person. No queue.
