Fastpath cookie / Enterprise Reporting

Is there any sort of cookie option that can be enabled to tag people who use click to chat with a tracking cookie? If so, then we could use this cookie in our shopping cart to link a chat_id with an order_id, allowing custom tools that we could develop to show the transcripts inside our order system.

I didn’'t see any cookies being set (which is good, by default!) that I could hijack. Is there a way to enable the use of cookies? Or is there some other way to get at chat_ids and link them with an external system?

The only thing that I think Fastpath is really missing is more robust reports. At the very least, there should be a report to the effect of “How many chats did each rep accept / reject?”
