Just upgraded to 3.5.1 and getting this error, where the pop-up box comes in Spark, but then on the remote user getting the error: We’re unable to connect you to an agent. Please try back later

I’ve deleted the rooms and re-made them still no luck, what am I doing wrong?

can not be a global admin…

I have this exact problem, could you ellaborate - who cant be a global admin, and what context is that?

In my testing on my production server it appears that if the user is listed in the openfire.xml as an admin of the server they cannot be in a fastpath group. This does not hold true on my testbed server though.

Mm, yes indeed, as soon as I removed my ID from the console admin list I was able to connect, which is great progress. I have further issues but will start a separate topic,
