Fastpath Form Variables in Chat Transcript

Is it possible to transfer the form variables that users enter when initiating a WebChat session into the transcript they request at the end of the session? For example it would be helpful to include the question they entered into the form with the transcript so they can search their email if they run into the same issue.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I also would like to do this. I’m running Openfire 3.6.0 with Fastpath 4.1.0.

I see that in the Text section, it uses variables such as “Your chat session has been ended by ${agent}” but when I apply the same Transcripts page Message section variables doesn’t work and sends the email out as regular text:

e.g. in the body of the transcript I want to have something at the top like:

WebChat Transcript

Agent: ${agent}

User: ${username}

Email: ${email}

Question: ${question}

Transcript of conversation:
