I am running Openfire 3.6.4 on Ubuntu 10.4 with Sun Java 6 (jre/jdk) with Fastpath. Everytime I reboot the server or restart Openfire the graphics I have set for the online/offline images for the workgroup reset to the default graphics. Other custom graphics I have set do not exhibit this behavior. We had been using the same online/offline graphics files on our previous Openfire install (3.6.4, windows 2000 server, built in JRE) for quite some time without issue. (The current install was completely clean - nothing copied from the old server). I also have to reload the Fastpath Web Client to get the image changes to take effect (I am sure that this is related, so I thought it was worth mentioning).
Despite running Openfire for two years, I have never had any problems with it, so I don’t have the slightest clue what might be going wrong. Any ideas where I should start looking to try and figure this out?
