Fastpath room monitor questions?

Hi all,

I’m testing the fastpath/workgroup options for our support staff. the “default queue” works great and I added a link to our internal intranet. I need more information about the “room monitor” option. We’re only using the spark client for the agents. I’d like the support manager to be able to monitor the sessions but not have incoming requests routed to him.

I have the room monitor option set. But I’m not seeing where the manager can “easedrop” on the current sessions. I thought that as a member of the workgroup it would add an option but I’m still not seeing it. Can anyone give me some pointers on the room monitor option and how it works?
