I am using the reports in Fastpath to display the chat usage stats. If I select a time period, say one month ago, the “Total length of all customer chat sessions” shows the grand total, rather than the total for that one month.
So…two questions really?
Has anyone run into this and been able to fix it?
Does anyone know if the source for the Fastpath Service is available?
I have seen two other posts about this in the forum, but they were posted a while ago…so maybe now someone has the answer. /crosses fingers
