Fastpath: Show reps when customer is typing?

Hey there-

I’‘d like to have some indication on the rep side of when the customer is typing in their message. Something like the “agent typing” message we see on the client end, but maybe just an icon changes or something. Like it does if you’'re chatting amongst Wildfire users.

This would be a helpfull indicator so that we don’'t “talk over” our customers.
