I have just setup fastpath and it was pretty painless. I do have one question though. lets say I have an agent who’s username (sAMAccountname) is msmith but her display name is Mary Smith. When a client connects to fast path they see that msmith has joined the chat. is there any way to have it pass the display name instead, so it says Mary Smith has joined the chat?
In case you’re still listening, you should be able to define the agent’s display name by setting the ‘Nickname’ in Spark -> Preferences -> Edit my profile.
