Is it possible to have the FastPath Webchat archived transcripts also contain the IP of the workstation the person is on? Basically, if a user requests a chat, I’d like to be able to know the IP of their workstation.
Is this possible?
I thought that maybe something with the form variables, but I have been unable to find a good explanation of the form variables.
