Fastpath doesnt show sparkwebusers online.If a user login from a sparkweb Fastpath doesnt show a online status in workgroup.Is there any plugins or special configuration required for this.If anybody knows please help me.

SparkWeb doesn’t support Fastpath, so Fastpath plugin can’t see an agent is online if he is logged in in SparkWeb. Only Spark has a Fastpath support.
