Feature Request: Server Uptime Count in Admin Console

There is a line in Admin Console saying from what date server is up. Could there be some automatic count of days/hours/mins? I’'m bit lazy to count by myself

I agree it would be nice if it told you that the server had been up for 9 days 12 hours and 15 mins or something like that.

I’‘ve now added this (before it just had hours and minutes, now it includes days). However, it’‘s only enabled when English is the locale – trying to make it work in any locale is something we’'ll have to tackle later.

Oops. Was this already added in 2.3.0 version? Cause i’'m using 2.2.2 and there is startup date and time only
