Feedback heard during conversation with a party using speaker phone

Hi all,

I have a user using a speaker phone as his mic. We are using Spark 2.5.8 with Red 5 plugin. When I speake to this user using my mic, I could heard my own voice from my ear phone. Does anybody has any solutions to this problem? Is the problem lies with Red5 plugin or the hardware?
