Fetch list of groups from Wildfire?

Hi,

I need to fetch the list of (server-side) groups from Wildfire. However, when I try that as a non-admin user I get a ‘‘forbidden’’ error. Is there a way to do this as ordinary user?

Second possible solution: is there a way to give administrative rights to users?
