File transfer error on 2.0.3

Just installed server and clients on local lan and trying the ‘‘send a picture of desktop’’ feature

and nothing seems to work…

Someone tried to send me a screen shot and all I got on my end was:

“There was an error during file transfer”

Any ideas on what to look for?

or troubleshoot?

Open up your spark error log and see if there is anything in there, post any and all stack traces that are in the log.
