File transfer on internal network fails

Can anyone tell me why the file transfer on an internal network would fail? The client sending the file behaves like the file is transferred but the person receiving the file unless it is a really SMALL txt file fails at random percentage of completion. I’m not sure how to go about troubleshooting this.

You can try this version on a few machines (current 2.7.0 nightly builds) http://bamboo.igniterealtime.org/artifact/SPARK-INSTALL4J/JOB1/build-598/Install 4j/spark_2_6_3_12555.exe

It should work with transfers better. Don’t mind the version saying 2.6.3, it’s 2.7.0, just the version number hasn’t been changed in the source.

Tested with 1 client - so far so good. going to deploy to rest of clients this morning. Thank you!

Can I post this link on another site I asked this question - spiceworks - or is this really not a public release?

It is not an official final version, but it’s not a secret one You can post it. Bamboo is open for anyone and you can find any build there: http://bamboo.igniterealtime.org/allPlans.action

And Spark builds: http://bamboo.igniterealtime.org/browse/SPARK-INSTALL4J

600th is the latest build, you can press on build’s number, then Artifacts menu > install4j link and the first exe is what you need. 600 is a bit newer than 598, but it only fixes some issues with conferences rooms, so maybe not very important for you.
