I am a relatively new user. We had Openfire/Spark installed about weeks ago and we are still learning features.
We have a MS2003 Server and a Citrix server. Spark is on the MS2003 server and accessible to users on both servers/
I find that if a message was sent by a user in the citrix environment I am not always able to access it unless I am also on a
Citrix client. Does thismake sense?
