Let me know please, it is normal, if the option has a false value but openfire is really continues to listen on 5269?
In the admin cp this port appears as disabled (zero).

I believe this option handles only generation and giving out the flash cross domain policy, not the port operation. And it uses 5229 port for this. 5269 is the Server to Server port.
Oh sorry, this is my mistake, I’ve mixed up these ports =)
5229 really is no longer listening.
