It seems that Spark 2.5.4 (and previous versions) has a problem with not obeying the ForegroundFlashCount in Windows Vista (it seems to work fine in XP)
In Vista when a message comes in the task bar item continues to blink until it is answered. However in my HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop ForegroundFlashCount I have it set for 3.
Can anyone else confirm this issue?
Windows Version: Vista x64 (Multiple Monitors)
Spark Version: 2.5.4 (skinned)
