Force S2S to use Dialbacks instead of SASL?

Is there a way to make two OpenFire servers federate/do S2S strictly over plain Dialbacks and no SASL?

I am trying to sort of reverse engineer and debug some communications with an external server that is quite old and does not support SASL at all. Might be an odd request but for what we are doing we need non-TLS non-SASL dialbacks to be the only S2S method used.

I’m not really seeing an option for this anywhere?

I think you can do that by disabling the StartTLS setting in the “server to server” menu:
