Maybe this is only a coincidence. But i have just declined one friend request and then i immediately got email notification that this user has declined his request. Something is wrong here. Probably i shouldn’t get such notification.
I’m seeing that as well. I’d be almost willing to bet that you have the same person who added you as I do. But hey. (I got “sort of” spammed) Either way, reporting this back . =)
Does “Pending Approvals” contain more than “Friend requests” or will I be notified about document changes I need to approve? I wonder if one did choose such a name to confuse me. In any case it would help a lot to write “User would like to add you as a friend.” bold so one sees what to approve / decline much better. For “Friend requests” one could even rename the buttons to “Add Friend”/“Reject Friend”. As I can image that you claim that there are 1000 and more different types of requests one can get to approve and that such a naming is not possible I’d like to mention that the creator (JSP page) of a request could include the naming of the buttons in the request.
The “Friends” tab contains a “Filter by label” text and “Add/edit labels” option. Does one mean “Friends Group” or something like this? I really wonder what “label” means in his case.

Recently Gato has added me as a friend and i didnt get any approvals. So i wonder how this stuff works. Or was it changed to not send a request when someone adds me as a friend?
LG, I just cleaned up the friend requests that were busted. There was a bug in one of the versions that caused that. Should be good now. Relaying your other thoughts back to the devs.
wroot, admins can actually add people as friends without having to get approved. (personally I don’t agree with this, but none-the-less, that’s why gato was able to add you without it asking)

I dont mind you adding me as a friend though
Really weird decision on admins. I wonder does admin have the power to add points to his account too?
Hi Daniel,
one other thought: After login CS should display “n friends are online” somewhere and probably which friends are online. When a web based chat is added to the web site it may be nice to have a chat commands to display the online friends.

Hi Gato!!
According to me. Admin should need to get approval before adding as friend.
