Well, I’ve enabled the GATEWAY IM plugin and registered some users to use MSN, but anyone contact appears for them. Weird…

Well, you have enabled the plugin on the server, but in about the clients?
Which client you use? You saved the login information on clients? As is
access to the Internet on the server? Post further details …

I’ve found the problem. Openfire is installed in a Linux system behind a Microsoft ISA Server… and there isn’t ISA Client for Linux
