Gateway plugin beta and forum

Hey all,

Just in case anybody missed the announcement, the IM gateway plugin beta is now out. It includes support for AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, and IRC. Because the plugin is pretty large and we’'re anticipating lots of posts and feature requests, we created a new forum:

I’‘ve copied it to my plugins folder, and it creates the proper subdirectories, but it’‘s not showing up in my admin console. I’'ve even restarted the wildfire server (3.0.1) with no luck.

Any ideas?

Larry,

You need to use Wildfire 3.1 (latest beta) to get the plugin working. We would recommend a test server.

we are using it now with about 20 users …

it´s realy great - now with the GW function … it´s the way out to the internet …

ah Skype Plugin (just for messeges) - then it will be perfekt

You’'d have to lobby Skype to release the protocol specs to get that I guess.
