Get 404 Not found with latest Red5-plugin.jar

I downloaded red5.war version 0.0.28 today trying to get the red5-plugin to work with spark. When i click on a name to add it to the video roster, it gives me this error:

Error 404 NOT_FOUND

HTTP ERROR: 404

NOT_FOUND

RequestURI=/red5/video/videoConf.html

Do i need to change something somewhere? If i go to http://server:7070/red5/red5.html i can video chat, but not if I use the spark plugin. Really need help on this.

ok got that working, now i have no audio in the audio/video roster
