Get user info kicks user off server

Hello all,

I am using openfire to host a jabber server on my office’s local network.

We are all using the latest build of Pidgin and when we right-click a user and say, ‘get info’, the user we just right-clicked get’s kicked from the server and has to relaunch pidgin to rejoin.

The error log read this:

2015.04.30 10:08:39 org.jivesoftware.openfire.nio.NIOConnection - Failed to deliver packet: 1

2015.04.30 10:08:39 org.jivesoftware.openfire.session.LocalSession - Internal server error

Is this due to a configuration that I may have setup incorrectly on the server or an incompatibility with pidgin?

It keeps occuring to us as well constantly…
