Getting the message content in openfire

Hi,

I would like to know the API from which I can get the text (string) of the IM being sent to other user. I want to do some changes in this text before sending it to other user.

Hi,

you may want to post this question in the dev forum. There are plugins like “Content Filter” which allows this, taking a look at them may help you to identify the API.
