Global groupchat-admin cannot enter password-protected rooms

Hello!

Using 3.0.1 the global groupchat-admin cannot enter password-protected rooms. Do I understand it correctly that a global-admin should have access to all groupchats, no matter whether they are password-protected or not?

However, i think that this is not a bug and the intended behaviour. Dont know what are the specifications about this.

So what’'s the point of having a global-admin if it can be locked out of rooms?

While i’'m not the expert of JEPs, i cant find any mention about admins being able to enter password protected rooms

But, http://127.0.0.1:9090/muc-sysadmins.jsp page has a text “Below is the list of system administrators of the group chat service. System administrators can enter any group chat room and their permissions are the same as the room owner.” We need a clarification from developers.
