Hi, We’ve been trying to setup a group chat permanently. We would like to have a public group chat for all staff within the office which they can say whatever they want to. I know that if a user/creator of the room, he/she can add/invite participants or room occupants to be included in that room. My question is, me as administrator, can I create a room on the server side/admin side and by default add the users directly? as in the user can do nothing but to accept that he’s already included in that room? Is this possible?

Users has to join the room manually, you can’t force them into the room. In some clients (e.g. Spark) there is a setting to automatically accept invites, but users can disable this or exit the room when they want.
