So… this is the issue. On one person’s instance of Spark, one of the user groups that was auto-populated on everyone’s contact list has dissapeared (only one person). We’re pulling the users and groups straight from Active Directory.
Second problem: On two users’ systems, I’ve tried to tell Spark to not group offline users (so that each person shows up in their respective department whether they’re online or not)… and yet each time it starts up on these people’s computers, the offline users are grouped together and the box for grouping offline users under the “Contacts” menu is not checked.
On a semi-side note, is there a way to restrict users from being able to delete contacts/groups on Spark?
