Hi everyone. Kind of new here and I had a question. Sorry if I missed it anywhere and please don’t be afraid RTFM! me
Is there a way to make it a group queue, where you have members added to a queue and if someone clicks on the queue to open up a messenger window, they get a person from that queue? Maybe even set it up with priority or work in a round robin type of way?
Um, think i may have found it with more digging. Think Fastpath might be what I was looking for.
Ok, looks like Fastpath is what I need, but does the actual starting of a session only work from the web browser or can someone open a fastpath session from the spark client itself?
Also, if this is in the worng section(think I made this in the open fire section), could someone move it to the right spot?
