Connectivity with Directory Server (Active Directory)

I’m new to the Openfire… I’m trying to share a AD group to an individual user.

Under Users/Group Tab, Select Groups and pick on of your group that gets pulled from AD and edit that group. If you Enable contact list group sharing,

By default " you can share this group with all users or members of other groups". I don’t want to share this group with all users or other groups. I just want to share it one additional user that is listed in my AD. Can this be done?

No. You can’t share a group to a single user, unless you create a group for this single user and then share it to this group.

Any chance that you will be able to in the future?

Unless someone provides a patch for such functionality.
