Having issue in chat

hi,

there are 15 users on my chat server and since last two days i am having issue like,

user1 to user15 are there, user1 & user2 can’t chat with each other but they can chat with others without any problem if they start chat with each other his/her spark is not responding.

Try deleting their profiles and starting fresh (history and settings will be lost). Depending on Spark version you will find profile:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Spark (New)

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Spark (Old)
