If the server supports it, it is TLS encrypted.

What do you mean by decipher? Are you talking about sniffing Spark messages which are sent using SSL or OTR?

This is not the right place to ask such questions (hacking, sniffing, etc.). There won’t be a point to have OTR if it can be easily deciphered.

OTR (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Off-the-Record_Messaging) is a strong encryption that relies on private keys between the two chat partners. There is no way to read the content of an OTR message, if you do not have the private keys.

Why do you want to recover the content of an OTR message?
