We are using open fire 3.7.1 as the spark platform and have MSN fearure enabled. Recently, a lot of user complained that their MSN disconnected automatically and would not be reconnected even though we set reconnet on disconnect in 5 seconds on server. The only way to relogin is to restart Spark, which is very annoying.
Anyone ever met the same problem? Any solution?
Kraken is not supported anymore (unless you use something different like Spectrum.im + GoJara plugin). Anyway, what’s the point of looking into this if MSN is counting its last days, MS will start massive disconnects in April and MSN will be dead till the end of April, unless you are in China. And if so, there will be noone in other parts of the world to test issues as MSN will be dead there.
