Hello everybody, since 2 weeks ago, I can’t sign in spark. When I try to do it, there is a message that says: “user or password invalid”. Did you change something?

As i’ve said nothing can change automatically from igniterealtime side. So you should look for what might have happened/changed on your side. If you are using Openfire, check its logs. If you are using AD integration, check if administration user is not locked or its password hasn’t been changed.
