Is it possible to hide the offline user / unfiled category (groups) with the spark client? Where can a definition of all xml settings be found for the spark client options?
The situation is this…
I want to hide all offline users so that the groups and users only show when the user is online or if I have “Show Empty Groups” on. When there is a list of 1000 users offline then it’'s just too overwhelming to the user and the client.
TIA
Also, is there a setting for the client to push out a default turned on state for the “Show Empty Groups”.
We will be using LDAP and AD to publish our users and groups. Individuals can still create their own but we would like to publish all departments to our users and I meant to put 100 users offline and not 1000. Apologies. This doesn’‘t seem like a lot to publish for ease of use because it’‘s a work environment internal im server. I really want to support Spark because of its expandable nature for the future and its tight knit integration with Wildfire. Exodus allows the offline / unfiled user groups / rosters to be hidden so why can’'t spark and there is a client setting for the “Show Empty Groups” in exodus? I know spark is being developed but these are some of my suggestions as the app grows. I hope I explained this in a satisfactory way.
So, my questions still remain:
Is it possible to hide the offline user / unfiled category (groups) with the spark client?
Is there a setting for the client to push out a default turned on state for the “Show Empty Groups”?
Where can a definition of all xml settings be found for the spark client options (maybe it will have the answers)?
