How can i get the IP of the visitor or client

I would like to ask how can I get the IP of the Visitor that requests the chat on the webchat!

I would like to know this also. Our web chat visitors would be users that we support, and if we could get their IP address collected during the chat that would help us diagnose their machine quicker.
