  2. How create sysem ala Blog or BBS or News-RSS but its news creation by Users?

  3. do you can make that IP addres and DNS-name of client show in VCard or in any other info?

http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0060.html contains some pubsub examples, you may write your own client which supports it.

Smack 3.5 (or 3.1) should also support pubsub, so you may soon be able to use Smack to write a pubsub client.
