How do I deliver a patch?

I have a post in the “Spark Support” forum about multi-monitor screenshots. I have a preliminary patch that appears to work, but cannot figure out how to deliver a patch to you. I can’‘t attach files in the forum. As far as I can see, I can’'t start an issue in the issue tracker or attach files to open issues. How can I deliver possible patches to you?
