I can’t get Webchat to work in openfire 3.7.1. I have Fastpath installed and configured and agents can login. I did get webchat 4.0.0 to install, but can’t get to the webpage under the tools menu in Fastpath, it just says “not found”. In the fastpath manual it says users can start chats in Spark. How do they do that? Or does that require webchat to be working as well?
Any help would be appreciated.
