How tell other clients new HostedRoom been created?

Hi

I am probably missing something obvious, sorry about that. I create new MultiUserChat room (sometimes sendConfigurationForm() throws 401 for apparently no reason, but I hope I will manage to solve it sometimes). How the server(Openfire) let know the clients, that the new room had been created? Presence packet is sent? How the clients catch it?

It seems, that it was’t something obvious after all, judging from the lack of answers… Or I just asked in wrong way and nobody understood me .
