We have Openfire integrated with AD operating perfectly. All users have filias this company to its employees in logarem Spark.
Only Headquarters inside the computers are in AD, ie when the user changes the password automatically changes the Spark.
My problem is: users of filias have created user in AD logarem for the Spark, but it is not possible to go directly select it and change the password, when we do this whenever the error.
I need every user of branches can change your password directly into the Spark without having to enter the AD. Unfortunately everyone filias of this with the same password.
I’ve done everything, and the only way I found is that the user must enter the AD and change your password, something impossible in this scenario.
