How to configure Asterisk-im(1.2.0beta2) and wildfire server(3.1.1)

HI ALL

I install Asterisk-im(1.2.0beta2) in wildfire server(3.1.1), i think it can connect the asterisk server(AAH2.7), and dial a number in spark(2.0.6)

I may see in “asterisk -r”

== Parsing ‘’/etc/asterisk/manager.conf’’: Found

== Parsing ‘’/etc/asterisk/manager_custom.conf’’: Found

== Manager ‘‘im’’ logged on from 192.168.8.9

– Executing Goto(“OutgoingSpoolFailed”, “s|1”) in new stack

– Goto (from-pstn,s,1)

– Executing GotoIf(“OutgoingSpoolFailed”, “1?from-pstn-reghours|s|1:”) in new stack

– Goto (from-pstn-reghours,s,1)

– Executing GotoIf(“OutgoingSpoolFailed”, “0?from-pstn-reghours-nofax|s|1:2”) in new stack

– Goto (from-pstn-reghours,s,2)

– Executing Answer(“OutgoingSpoolFailed”, “”) in new stack

== Spawn extension (from-pstn-reghours, s, 2) exited non-zero on ‘‘OutgoingSpoolFailed’’

– Executing Hangup(“OutgoingSpoolFailed”, “”) in new stack

== Spawn extension (from-pstn-reghours, h, 1) exited non-zero on ‘‘OutgoingSpoolFailed’’

Finally the spark dialing dialog box had not reflected that,

has been there makes a mistake?

With out knowing more about your dial plan it would be difficult to know. Spark seems to be dialing in the from-pstn context using something called ‘‘outgoing spool failed’’. You would need to look at your dial plan and explain what these do.

It might be better if asterisk-im was calling as if it were an internal extension instead of an external trunk (just a guess)
