Please suggest me how to create a Offline group and auto move the offline user in it please suggest me

You can’t create an offline group on server. Usually this is up to a client to have some sort of users sorting, including sorting by presence. E.g. Spark can group offline users.

i was allready create the group but its not showing the offline users there
